(WMC-TV) - A 20-year-old woman was arrested this week after police say she bit her former boyfriend and stabbed him in the hip.

The attack happened after Latonya Livingston spotted her former boyfriend sitting with two women in the 1600 block of Hanauer, according to court records.

Gang members get life for execution style killing

(WMC-TV) - Two self-proclaimed gang members were convicted this week of what investigators called an execution style killing in 2009.

Charles Hampton and DeAnthony Perry were convicted of first degree murder for shooting 21-year-old Anthony Jones in the 1900 block of Cameron Street.

Arson heavily damages duplex

(WMC-TV) – Investigators are searching for the arsonist behind a fire that burned a vacant building early Thursday morning.

Firefighters responded to the scene at 1330 Driver St. around 4:15 a.m. and could see fire coming from the duplex.

Arsonist causes $30,000 damage to business

(WMC-TV) – An arsonist caused $30,000 damage to a South Memphis building early Saturday morning and the fire was set just down the street from a city school.

Firefighters received a call about the flames at 1609 S. Cooper St. just before 5:30 a.m. Saturday. Crews said fire was pouring from the commercial building when they made the scene.

Investigators responded to a shooting around 11:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of Kimball Avenue.
